How to maintain synthetic hair ?

Synthetic hair can be washed in cool water with mild shampoo and conditioner. We suggest that you do not scrub wig and lightly submerge in water with a back and forth motion. You can Pat dry with towel and place on clean surface to dry . We do not suggest using heat or heated items on the hair .Please keep in mind washing of synthetic hair decreases the life span of hair

How to maintain Human hair/ Virgin Hair?

Hair can be shampooed at least once a week , you can also deep condition hair once every 2 weeks .We suggest to keep styling tools and products to a minimum to preserve life span, heats protectant are recommended when using styling tools. Always let your hair air dry for best results. We also advise to braid or wrap hair with stain/silk bonnet or scarf before bed

Our model is around 5’6 and usually wears a medium

How long does shipping take?

Clothing orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days/however for wigs,clip ins can take between 7-10 business days.

No, our company does not offer pickup options. All orders will be shipped via our mail courier to the address provided.
