ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Thank you so much for purchasing from Kadipop Secretz,our order processing time is between 7-10 business days for Wigs/Clip In and 3-5 business days for clothing items. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email providing you with your shipping details.Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking numbers to track your order. Once shipped please keep in mind that shipping delays may occur due to custom clearance. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs clearance.
Please note for international customers and possibly some domestic customers you are responsible for any fees such as import duties,customs and local taxes that may be required for delivery to your country/province.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the Postal Service directly. Kadipop Secretz DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Our customer satisfaction is our main priority , prior to shipping we make sure that all items are inspected prior to shipping , therefore refunds and exchanges are not accepted for any of our Wigs,Clip In,lashes due to hygienic reasons. Please also note that these items are FINAL SALE.

Before you check out please take the time to review all sizes and make sure delivery address information is entered clearly. To make sure your order is just right or if you have any questions please contact us at info@kadipopsecretz for any clarification required.
Prior to shipping, all items are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are free of defects and carefully packaged. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise you have 2 days from the time your item is delivered to let us know of any quality issues with your item. If you you received a defective or damaged merchandise please send us a email at info@kadipoppopscretz.com which will be reviewed.
Due to Covid 19 we will not be accepting any returns /exchanges on our clothing items , so please make sure that prior to purchase you have selected correct sizing and read the details of items prior to purchase.
Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.
