Once processed you will receive a confirmation email providing you with your shipping details.Please allow 24-48 hours  after receiving your tracking numbers to track your order. Once shipped please keep in mind that shipping delays may occur due to custom clearance. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs clearance.

Please note for international customers and possibly some domestic customers you are responsible for any fees such as import duties,customs and local taxes that may be required for delivery to your country/province.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the Postal Service directly. Kadipop Secretz DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
